VSCDA Competition Driver Eligibility Requirements

To compete in wheel-to-wheel competition racing at a VSCDA event the driver must:

Be a member of VSCDA
Be at least 18 years old by October of the current year
Have a Medical on file with VSCDA or Have a Competition Racing License (VMC, SCCA, FIA, etc.)
Have a Car Prep Sheet on file with VSCDA
Have wheel-to-wheel competition racing experience within the past 2 years

Have completed a competition racing school within the past 2 years

VSCDA does not issue a competition racing license, we merely give our members driving privileges. However, VSCDA does encourage drivers who plan to drive in non-VSCDA events to obtain a Vintage Motorsport Council (VMC) competition racing license which is honored nationwide by all VMC affiliates.
